My Personal Paros Tips

01

Visit during the summer season

Many restaurants, shops, and tourist businesses close between autumn and spring. Off-season prices can be tempting, but I recommend visiting when the island is more lively.

02

Choose May or June for sightseeing

If swimming isn’t your priority, May and June are fantastic months to visit. The sea can still be chilly, but the island is beautiful and prices are generally better than in peak summer.

03

Wear comfortable shoes

Paros has plenty of narrow, cobbled streets and some hilly areas, so comfortable walking shoes will make exploring its villages much easier.

04

Explore the nearby islands

Paros is a great starting point for island hopping! Consider visiting nearby Naxos, Mykonos, or even Santorini to discover more of the Cyclades.
